god is in his holy temple, as we have a new preacher! Preacher Henry Kane has come from southern california to be the shepard to our small community. This is great news as our community was in a bad way after Apostle E.F. felt he was being called elsewhere.
The lord works in strange ways somedays as our church did not look for a preacher, he just found us.
A few weeks ago we had a downpour after a dry spell. Ewan was out working in the barn on the bus transmission as it had fell out on a test drive to town. Unfortunatley, the back wheels ran over it, so Ewan was looking for parts at junkyards around the state but having no luck.
During the heaviest part of the rain, this older man drives up in buggy asking him if he needed any help. Ewan invinted him inside the barn and hollered for me to bring them some lemonaid.
I brought them sandwhiches too and a warm blanket for the man.
He said that it is such a lovely day and he loves to take walks, even when its raining. He said he had a transmission in the back of buggy for us!
Well, after hearing our our miricle the men folk decide he was led here to be our new shepard.
